Professional Fee Schedule
Every engagement is tailored to your institution’s needs — from a single high-impact session to a full 4-week residency that transforms culture from the inside out.
60-minute interactive digital session. Focus: Cognitive restructuring and accountability. Ideal for remote programs, after-school cohorts, and virtual professional development days.
High-impact assembly or facility-wide talk. Includes introductory BCI framework. Moves the room, shifts the culture, and sets the tone for everything that follows.
3-hour intensive: De-escalation, Rapport Building, and Credible Messenger tools. Staff leave with practical skills they can deploy Monday morning.
6 hours: Combined Youth Impact Assembly + deep-dive Staff Training. A full institutional reset — students and educators aligned under one framework.
One on-site visit per week. Direct interaction focused on accountability coaching and culture mapping. We don’t just deliver a message; we build a framework for long-term behavioral change and institutional excellence.

Important Booking Information
50% Deposit Required
A 50% deposit is required to officially secure your date on the calendar. Full payment is due 7 days prior to the event.
Travel & Expenses (T&E)
All in-person bookings require coverage of airfare, lodging, and ground transportation in addition to the service fee.
Eligible Grant Funding
Bookings may qualify for Title I, Violence Prevention, and SEL Grant funding. We can provide documentation to support your application.
